Ventilation, temperature and humidity.- The employer of every dock work shall ensure that effective and suitable provisions are made in every dock for securing and maintaining in every building or an enclosure or a reefer hold or chamber or reefer container where dock workers are employed with adequate ventilation maintain such temperature and air movement so as to provide reasonable condition of comfort and to prevent any harm to the health of employees.
